I met Carrie and Kyle at the entrance to Frick Park in Point Breeze for their engagement photo session. We had a great time walking around chatting, laughing, and taking some photos in Frick Park, one of the real treasures of Pittsburgh.
What was a sunny day in the morning had turned overcast by the time we got together in the late afternoon. Sun and blue skies are nice, but overcast clouds provide a soft, even quality of light. The cloud cover makes the trees, which were just about at their peak fall color, very saturated and rich.
