I’m excited to say that one of my favorite images of the year (so far) placed in the ISPWP Summer 2010 Photo Contest.
This is from Mackenzie and Chris’ wedding at Sacred Heart Church in Shadyside.
The ISPWP contest draws entries from the best wedding photographers from the North America, South America, Central America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, so it’s an honor any time I’m able to place. Believe me when I say it’s a tough contest; I was one of the judges for the Spring 2010 contest so I got to see the quality of the entries first hand.
I’ve had a bit of a summer break and have been able to catch up on albums, print orders, and life in general after a busy spring and summer. I shot a wedding in Toronto, Ontario with my friend Judy Cormier which I’ll post a few of my favorite photos from later on this week.
This coming weekend I’ll be in Oklahoma City to photograph a very special wedding. Be sure to check back for photos from that one.
