Frost-ringed Maple Leaf
I just returned from the 1st annual Foundation Conference in sunny, warm Addison TX, a suburb of Dallas. What a wonderful experience hanging out with and learning from some of the best photographers in the business. I’m still mentally processing it all.
The spirit of sharing and fellowship was awesome. The talent level of everyone there was very inspirational.
It’s been quite a hectic, busy past few weeks for me. I shot Lauren and Steve’s wedding at the Hyehold (look for a post later on today), ran the Spirit of Pittsburgh Half-Marathon early Sunday morning (very grateful for the extra hour of sleep due to the time change), and left for Dallas on Monday morning. I’m excited about traveling to Oglebay resort on Saturday for Laura and Todd’s wedding. It’ll be my first one at Oglebay, a place that we love to visit. My wife and I are surprising the kids by taking them there overnight – it’ll be a blast!
