Destination Engagement Portrait Session
Destination engagement portrait session: Like many folks do, Kate and Justin live elsewhere but are returning to Pittsburgh for their wedding. I’m looking forward to their wedding this fall at Holy Innocents and Pittsburgh’s Grand Hall.
When possible, I prefer to shoot engagement portrait sessions at a location that has meaning for the couple. In this case, Kate and Justin got engaged in the beautiful little town of St. Michaels on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We had a great time walking around the town taking photos and hanging out. I love my job:)
Eastern Shore of Maryland
It’s a long drive out there, so we started out with refreshments at The Inn at Perry Cabin.
The grounds are lovely there, with docks for kayaking, sailing, or photos.
The Town of St. Michael’s
After a quick outfit change, we moved to the docks in downtown St. Michaels where Justin proposed to Kate. She looks great in red.
There’s something special about sunsets at the shore.
I hope you loved the photos as much as I loved making them. Here’s Kate and Justin’s wedding at Pittsburgh’s Grand Hall.
