Considering this past winter, we’ve certainly earned the beautiful weather over the past few days. Today my wife and I took the kids to meet friends at the zoo. Given the traffic, I think there were probably 20 to 30 people in Western PA who weren’t there today.
We had a lot of fun catching up with old friends while the kids ran from exhibit to exhibit. It was a really great day.
The polar bear exhibit is my favorite part of the zoo. To be able to stand in a tunnel beneath the water and watch those animals swim is definitely something special.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a trip to the zoo without cookies and cream Dippin’ Dots – The Ice Cream of the Future 🙂
Tomorrow is a big day, I’ll be at the bridal show at the Succop Conservancy in Butler County from 11 to 3. It’s a great place for a walk in the woods and to enjoy nature. Come on by and say hello.
