In the classic comedy concert film “Bill Cosby: Himself” Cosby talks about watching his son score a touchdown. Puffed up with pride, he turns to the other parents and says, “That’s my boy.” Well, I had a Cosby moment this morning when my son Wyatt scored a goal in Kinder Soccer. It was the first day of soccer and he was up at 7:30, excited and asking when it would be time to go.
My poor kids suffer through having their photos taken constantly. It goes with the territory when your dad’s a photographer.
Here’s the sequence:

Wyatt gets the ball on a breakaway.

A defender closes in.

There's contact, but no yellow card. Wyatt takes his shot.

GOAL!!!! GOAL!!! GOAL!!!
That’s my boy.
