OK, so this one made me feel really old! When I was in college I worked summers delivering beer for my uncle’s distributorship (definitely a great job!). Kara’s dad Chris worked there, too, and I became friends with him and Kara’s mom Chris. I was shocked last year when I got a call from Kara asking if I could photograph her wedding. There was no way that the little girl I knew then was old enough to be out of school let alone getting married!
In truth, I was delighted to have the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make some new ones.
Kara and Mike had their ceremony at Holy Sepulcher Church near Butler and their reception at a place called Schnoodleberry Farm (really!) near Saxonburg. Here are some of my favorite photos from the day:
