Two Charming Places to Get Ready for Your Wedding
Whether you take advantage of the natural light of the porch of the Carriage House…
…or the privacy of indoors. It’s a great place to get ready.
The farmhouse is a spacious and filled with natural light. Whether you’re getting your makeup done or your dress on, there’s plenty of room.
It’s quiet, too 😄
You can watch from the porch as your guests arrive.
Or step out the front door so your guests don’t see you.
Time to get married!
Ceremonies by the Pond
Wedding Venue: Lingrow Farm – ceremonies take place on a covered pavilion overlooking the farm pond. There is permanent amphitheater-style bench seating for guests.
It’s a short walk down the hill from the barn. Plenty of time for you and your dad to share a few minutes alone.
Before the handoff at the beginning of the wedding ceremony.
You can also arrive by horse-drawn carriage.
It’s fabulous!
Portraits
Wedding Venue: Lingrow Farm – Portraits are an important part of your wedding day. You don’t have to travel far to get to great locations. In fact, I just take my couples for a walk around the property as the sun is getting close to the horizon.
This photo was taken just a few steps from the barn.
There always seems to be a beautiful sunset at Lingrow Farm.
The Barn
Lingrow Farm: Wedding Venue – The restored 160+ years old barn is both rustic and modern. There’s air conditioning for those steamy Western PA summer evenings!
Guests can head straight to the barn for cocktail hour on the porch and in the lower level.
Cake cuttings can get messy!
Your first dance will take place on the dance floor in the middle of the barn. The lanterns and bistro lights provide a warm atmosphere.
Then it’s time to party!
When you’re out in the country you don’t have to worry about making too much noise.
Your guests can relax by the fire pit while they take a break from dancing.
A fireworks display is the perfect end to an amazing wedding day!
